Big Creek Growth Company: Edition #6 🖐️👆

Well-being, fractional roles and an intro to Eclypse.io

Entrepreneurial Well Being 🙏

As an entrepreneur, you’re no stranger to stress and pressure. Building a business can be an all-consuming endeavor, leaving you vulnerable to burnout and mental exhaustion. By prioritizing mental wellness and incorporating strategies into our daily lives, we can grow resilience, gain clarity, and have success.

Reframing failure helps entrepreneurs reduce self-criticism and negative self-talk by learning from mistakes and setbacks, fostering resilience and adaptability, and shifting focus from what went wrong to what can be done differently next time.

Celebrating milestones boosts motivation and confidence by acknowledging progress and achievements, providing a sense of accomplishment and pride, and helping entrepreneurs stay positive and focused on their goals.

Staying organized reduces stress and feelings of overwhelm by increasing productivity, streamlining processes, and enhancing the ability to adapt to changes and challenges, ultimately saving time and energy.

Taking care of physical health is also crucial, as regular exercise, healthy eating, and sufficient sleep improve mood, increase energy levels, and enhance cognitive function, allowing entrepreneurs to tackle challenges with clarity and focus.

By incorporating these habits into their lifestyle, entrepreneurs can better manage stress, stay focused, and maintain a positive mindset, ultimately supporting their mental wellness and overall success.

Building in Public🗣️
Running Two Startups at the same time

This week progress was made on the Big Creek Growth Company website and logo. As most of you know, these two things aren’t completed in a day, but it’s been good to dive into some of the intricate aspects of both of those projects.

I had a great meeting with a potential partner for my career services business. He’s a former athlete as well and has a passion for helping graduating or retiring athletes after they’ve completed their time on the court or field. He played football which is where I probably have the least amount of connections, so all signs point to it being a great partnership if we can work something out.

I’ve been researching and thinking a lot more about the structure of these companies when it pertains to my overarching Viet Enterprises name. My initial thought was to have two DBA’s under Viet Enterprises, but I’m not sure if that’s the best route to take anymore. RESPONSE: If you have any thoughts on this, I’d love to chat more. Send me an email if you’re up for a conversation.

Eclypse solves the problem of localization complexity, gaining a structured process and access to translators globally. His platform improves translation quality, automates tasks, and boosts productivity. What sets him apart is his high-performance desktop solution and ability to connect with translators worldwide.

As his business grows, he’s faced challenges like the introduction of new technologies, such as ChatGPT. But he can adapt by positioning AI as an alternate translation source and figuring out how to work with it. This flexibility will allow him to continue providing value to his customers.
